Les Carnets d'Anatole

Les Carnets d'Anatole is also a workshop with a large interest for illustration. Whether I work on them as part of my illustrated notebooks, my botanical or fantasy grimoires , or by themselves as print, stickers or other stationnery items, all of my illustration are deeply set in the natural world.

Digital illustration

For my digital illustrations, I mostly work with the software Clip Studio Paint. I make illustration in two different universe : one filled with frogs, and one set in conversation with my fantasy novels (only available in french). I also love working on patterns for endpapers or textile !

Traditional illustrations

I explore the natural worlds with traditional mediums, mostly ink and watercolor. You can find in these two sub-portfolio my most recent watercolor, as well as the complete collection of illustration I made during the 2024 Insektober challenge.
